Booking procedures

All of the information
you give us
will be kept in strict confidence and used only to serve you in
making your reservation.

Once you have filled
out our form
found on the page where the location is shown and we know what your
preferences are, we will confirm availability within 24 hours time.
If your choices are not available, we will suggest alternatives in
the same price category and area of the city.

The payment of the
deposit (normally
20% to 30% of
the rental) for apartments is due within 3 calendar days of the
confirmation of availability via e-mail. This deposit is
refundable only if your reservation is cancelled at least 2 weeks in
advance. If you cancel in time, your deposit will be refunded,
minus a 25.00 Euro processing fee and any other expenses incurred in
returning the money to you.

If we do not receive a
deposit, or a Visa or Mastercard number in the case of some of our
locations which accept credit cards as a guarantee, your reservation
is not confirmed.

Until you have a
Reservation Voucher your reservation is not confirmed.
You must advise us within 24 hours of how you plan to send the
deposit. If we do not receive a confirmation of deposit in that
amount of time, we do not guarantee availability of the location
requested.

The balance is due on
arrival at
the location. If the location does not accept credit cards, we will
specify that the balance must be paid in cash or travelers checks.
You must bring your Reservation Voucher with you as it is
your confirmation.

The number of guests
must conform to the number indicated on the reservation form. If
there are changes in this number, the agency must confirm the change
with the location.

Credit card
information
may be sent via our secure form or, if you prefer, by fax.

If your plans change
due to cancellation of flights or other unforeseen problems,
notify us immediately and we will do everything possible
to help you re-book your reservation without paying cancellation
charges.

We are a booking
agency and
as such not directly responsible for any problems you might find in
the location. However, if you notify us immediately we will do
everything possible to resolve any conflicts with our participating
apartments.

In case of problems
beyond our control
such as plumbing problems or other events that make your apartment
uninhabitable, we reserve the right to move you to another location
at no extra charge to you. Should the new location cost less than
your original booking, we will refund the difference.

You are legally
responsible
for
any damage done to the
apartment and for any items removed from the location.
Cancellation policy
-
RENTAL IN ROME Srl cancellation policy for these apartments is part
payment loss if cancellation is more than 2 weeks before the day of
the arrival. If cancellation is less than 2 weeks before arrival,
then full amount will be requested to be paid, and only refunded
(unless the part payment) if a “re-sale” is possible. In case of
rental longer than 1 month, if cancellation is less than 4 weeks
before the day of arrival, then is requested part payment plus the
amount for the first month. Clients are strongly recommended to
ensure they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Payment options

All payments must be
in Euro.

We accept deposit or
fee payments
via
Western Union
(using cash or credit card, paying a processing fee), or Bank
transfer (paying a fee of 10.00 US dollars). We'll provide
instructions on these options when you are ready to book.
