There is an entrance that take you to an area where there is a fantastic view of the garden and of the swimming pool, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a laundry. A big peperino staircase takes you to the upper floor where there are double bedrooms with a fireplace, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a bathroom with a shower and a tub, a big bathroom with a Jacuzzi for 2 people, a studio with a fireplace and a bookcase. The high wooden ceiling , the old Sicily materials, the old paintings, the excellent furniture and a maid at your disposal every day make this villa unique. The owner is willing to make Italian cuisine courses and a private tour to visit the numerous canteens in the area.
